We offer a service where we host your copy of the Tussman Program on a cloud server which you can log in to from any computer, both PC’s and Macs. This is especially convenient when you have staff members working at home or from remote locations. The monthly hosting fee includes program support and updates. As an additional benefit this ensures the program is always backed up, and you don’t need to worry about maintaining the program on your own server. For pricing and additional information contact Rich Zerga at Nazran’ (415) 592-8011
Once your cloud account is activated we move the entire program from your local computer or server to the cloud server. You then create a shortcut on the desktop of each computer that will be accessing the program. Once you open the program it works exactly like the regular program so there is no “learning curve” to getting up and running.

The following instructions describe how to create the shortcut on your desktop once your cloud account has been set up and we have copied your program to the cloud server:
Connecting from a Mac or other Apple device:
1. Go to the Apple App store and download and install the Windows Remote Desktop App,
2. Open the App and click on Add Resource,
3. Enter the URL https://portal.concentricsinc.com/rdweb/feed
4. To open Tussman click on the icon for the new resource you just added,
5. Enter your cloud user ID and password. For the user ID make sure you type concentrics\ in front of your user ID; for example: concentrics\DTPB
Connecting from a Windows computer:
1. Go to your Windows Control Panel and select RemoteApp and Desktop Connections from the Control Panel. (Note: Windows 10 seems to make it very difficult to find your Control Panel. You can get to the RemoteApp and Desktop Connection screen by typing RemoteApp in the search bar next to the Start button in the lower left hand corner of your screen, then click where it says Open in the right hand portion of the search results screen),
2. Choose Access RemoteApp and Desktops on the left (in Windows 7 it will say Set up a new connection)
3. Enter https://portal.concentricsinc.com/rdweb/feed and click Next,
4. Click Next again,
5. Enter your cloud User ID and password. For the user ID make sure you type concentrics\ in front of your user ID; for example: concentrics\DTPB. Note that there is a Remember Me checkbox. If you check that then you will not have to enter your User ID and password each time you launch Tussman.
6. Click on View Resources on the right hand side under Work Resources,
7. A window will open that will list the Tussman Program. Drag or send that icon to your desktop.
8. Close the Control Panel and you should see the Tussman icon on your desktop. Click on that to launch the program.
Of course, we are always happy to log on to your computer and install the shortcut for you if you prefer!
